Bilberry Bee has 25 years of cooking and catering experience, and in that time we have trialled hundreds of vegan, vegetarian and special diet recipes. Vegan chocolate mousse experiments are particular popular at home!

We take our inspiration from many places. Secret family recipes, a trip of a lifetime visit to India, the ever popular Yotam Ottolenghi and Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, Anna Jones, Saskia Frazer, Amadea Morningstar, Susan Jane White, and the Hemsley sisters. We try them all and make them our own.

We can cater to most dietary needs, but please do be aware that although we separate our production of gluten free dishes we do not have an exclusive gluten free kitchen so those with high sensitivities will need a specialised caterer.

The menu ideas in this section can usually be adapted to suit a range of diets. We can do vegan macaroni cheese (surprisingly popular at weddings!), gluten and sugar free cakes, and so on. Have a look and let us know what your needs are and wherever possible we will cater to your needs.
